Position Overview:
We are hiring an organized and dependable Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. In this salaried role, you’ll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting team communication, assisting with caregiver onboarding, and ensuring the smooth flow of office activities.

- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Maintaining and organizing client and caregiver files
- Accurate data entry and system updates
- Managing caregiver paperwork, time logs, and documentation
- Supporting the hiring and onboarding process (scheduling interviews, reference checks, etc.)
- Preparing office materials and assisting with daily office operations
- Assisting with caregiver scheduling and coordination as needed
- Transferring phones to after-hours on-call staff at day’s end
- Provide care coverage if a caregiver cancels or no-shows a shift, including handling last-minute situations.
- Providing general administrative support to the leadership team
- Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience preferred; prior healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication via phone and email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy environment
- Friendly, collaborative, and reliable
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work 40+ hours per week; capable of bending, climbing, stooping, and standing for up to five hours a day; able to lift 20–30 pounds as required by the role.
